Somehow my State was wrong on shipping. I am a software engineer and the site should validate the state and postal code. Very poor coding by the developers. When I mentioned it they said it was fault. The entry was Oklahomka which I would never enter. I was hoping they would say "we will cover it regardless but they didn\'t" they said I "introduced this problem... I guess it\'s a difference of cultures, you would never hear that in the US ...BUT the shipment got here!

I will give them a 5 on the next shipment as I already have another order and they have been perfect.

Shipping was early which is great. I wish they could do FedEx or UPS as I would be willing to pay for it!

PLEASE offer a better shipping method. USPS is horrible in the US. Especially where I live, packages and letters go missing all the time. I get other people\'s mail and packages. USPS stinks!

It\'s hard to judge the quality without a lab. So far everything is great.

Note: I made some suggestions and criticised the web validation but just look closely at all emails and double check your order before sending money.

Honestly this site gets a A++ rating by me! A 10 out of 10 overall.

Sometimes slow to be dispatched. Possibly its when the product ordered is not in stock. Other times its super fast. At my door within 7 days from order date. Once dispatched its usually 3 working days. Excellent.
