Customer support is great. Responses are always same day, and I don\'t ever feel ignored. Although, I never feel that when I suggest a needed improvement that it is noted. I understand that though, I would imagine that alot of people complain or are impossible to please. But still, I think its the VERY BEST out there.

I think you guys are one of the best out there. The ONLY thing that I think you guys could improve on, is the time it takes for you guys to actually put the products in the mail. I have been more than satisfied with everything else, and I would fill out a perfect review on every site you had available if it didn\'t take an entire week for my stuff to be put in the mail everytime. Other than that, perfect score.

Quality of products is fantastic! And selection is great too. I think one thing that would make it better would be to offer a mix and match option when buying in bulk. For example: With the kalpa, buying 10 enanthate 250mg. I would purchase much more if you could do 5 enanthate 250\'s with 5 propianates. Or at least something among those lines. Or like 5 test 350 with 5 deca\'s. Or mix and match 5 and 5 of anything and get the same price as the 10 option. I think a great way to do that is on the shopping cart screen, offer the amount of (0.5) with the bulk offers and then next to the products, have a open bubble that you can check or fill in. That way, you have to select 2 to get the deal, but you still keep the discount for purchasing as many... I know if that was there, on my last 2 orders I would\'ve ordered almost double the $ worth of what I did.
